Should I take backup of my data before submitting for repair?
For most repairs the data doesn’t need to be backed up, you can still take a backup of any sensitive data. Also, we will need access to your device for testing purposes, so you’ll need to share your passcode with us. We suggest you remove any sensitive data from your iPhone/米乐娱乐APP官方下载, iPad/Tablet, or MacBook/Laptop before giving it for repair.
Is Soldrit an authorised repair centre?
Soldrit is an independent service center dealing in multi brand products. We are not an authorized service center for any of the OEMs
Do I get genuine parts from Soldrit?
OEMs (Apple/Samsung/OnePlus etc..) do not sell its parts in the market, so we don’t claim to install “Original OEM” parts officially, however we only use premium quality spares, on par with the original for which of-course we support it with 12 months warranty.
Will I get any warranty on the repairs?
All our repairs carry a standard 3 months warranty. However, spare parts such as iPhone screen replacement, MacBook display replacement come with a one year warranty. Motherboard chip-level repairs typically come with 3 months’ warranty.
Does Soldrit repair only Apple Products?
We are a brand agnostic repair service. We not only have expertise in repairing Apple products, but are equally skilled in repairing 米乐娱乐APP官方下载 and Windows based systems as well.
What if the same issue repeats after getting the repair done?
Soldrit, provides a repair warranty of 90 days for all motherboard level repairs. If the same issue reoccurs, we resolve the issue without charging a penny. However, we are very particular about the warranty stickers tampering.
What do you mean by Warranty Sticker Tampering?
After performing all successful repairs we install tamper proof stickers at the bottom of the devices. If anyone tries to open the device or removes the stickers the warranty will be voided. We will either put the stickers at the bottom of the device or inside the device to make sure the performed repairs are not tampered with. This is just to make sure that any other repair vendor does not tamper with the device within the warranty period. Like we said we take our warranty claims very seriously
